Dr. Monet Supple Young graduated in 2016 from the University of St. Augustine Health Science with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy following a Bachelors in Exercise Sport Science from Texas Tech University in 2013. Monet grew up in Albuquerque, NM where she started her PT career and then found her way back to Lubbock when she married her husband Will. They now have 4 kiddos!
Monet started her private practice in 2020 in order to provide more quality, hands on, one-on-one, and manual focused care. Monet has always specialized in dry needling and found this modality to be extremely helpful for patients dealing with acute and chronic pain, postural dysfunctions, muscle imbalances, muscle inactivity, overactive muscles, nerve tension, injury prevention, and so much more! Her big areas of expertise are sports related orthopedics, tempromandibular dysfunction (TMJD), headaches, and women pelvic floor dysfunction- specifically the postpartum population.
Monet has always been an advocate for health and wellness with an emphasis on movement. We are not ourselves without the ability to express our choice of movement! Injury can not only affect us physically, but can affect us mentally and emotionally. As an active swimmer, cyclist, runner and weightlifter, Monet understands the need to MOVE!
